Privacy policy
There are no user accounts, forms, advertising tags or data sales. Google Analytics runs with analytics and advertising storage denied, Google Signals and ad personalisation disabled, and therefore sends measurements without analytics cookies. Google and Cloudflare still receive limited technical request data needed for measurement and delivery. Email is used to handle the message you send.
What this site is
Pattaya Vehicle Rentals is a static editorial publication. There are no logins, user accounts or submission forms. Reading a page still creates ordinary network requests to the hosting and measurement providers described below.
What measurement receives
Google Analytics 4 is the site’s measurement service. It runs only after load or interaction. Its default consent state denies analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation. Google Signals and ad-personalisation signals are disabled. Google documents that this mode sends basic measurements without first-party analytics cookies.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Like any hosting provider, it processes request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and time to deliver and secure the site. The current build does not include a separate Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon.
We do not intentionally send Google a name, email address, account ID or precise GPS location. The providers still process limited technical data under their own terms; this policy does not describe that data as anonymous or incapable of identifying a device.
Cookies and storage
The current Google tag sets analytics_storage and all advertising consent fields to denied, so it does not read or write first-party analytics or advertising cookies. The publication does not run advertising or cross-site behavioural tracking. If this configuration changes, this policy and the visible consent controls must be updated first.
If you email us
If you write to info@pattaya-vehicle-rentals.com, Cloudflare Email Routing processes and forwards the message to the publication’s verified Google/Gmail destination. Those providers process the message under their own terms. We use it to respond, assess a correction, document a source or handle the enquiry; we do not add the sender to a marketing list or sell the address.
Messages are reviewed at least annually and deleted when no longer needed for the enquiry, correction history, security record or a legal obligation. A sender may request deletion, subject to any record we must retain.
Third parties
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Google Analytics. Each company processes limited technical data under its own privacy terms. See Google’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Your rights
Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) gives individuals rights over their personal data, including the right to ask what is held and to request correction or deletion. If you have a question or request, email info@pattaya-vehicle-rentals.com.
Children
This is a general-audience travel publication and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date on this page changes with it. Material changes are reflected here rather than announced separately.
