What to write to us about
- A correction. If a price, an address, an opening time or a detail of a review looks wrong, or a shop has changed hands or changed its practices, tell us. Corrections are the most useful messages we receive.
- A shop worth reviewing. If a Pattaya rental shop — good or bad — deserves the editors’ attention, point us to it. We choose what to review independently, but we read every suggestion.
- A tip. A scam tactic you have seen, a practice that should be on our radar, a pattern worth documenting.
- A shop responding to a review. If you operate a shop and believe a review is unfair or out of date, write to us. We will look at it against our editorial standards.
- Press and media. Quoting policy and brand enquiries reach the editors at the same address.
